Privacy Policy
This policy describes what bestcreditcard.ae collects when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain English where possible, legal language only where the law requires it.
What we collect
From your browser: standard server logs (IP, user agent, referer, timestamps), cookies for Google Analytics, and the events logged by the in-page search/track endpoint (page views, filter changes, search queries, eligibility runs, calculator inputs, apply clicks).
From you directly: the fields you submit to the Apply modal (name, phone, email, optional salary and employer) and to the Contact form (name, email, topic, message). We collect these only when you submit them yourself.
How we use it
- To operate the site and improve content based on what people search for and filter on
- To route your Apply submission to the relevant bank, who then processes the application under their own privacy policy
- To reply to Contact form submissions
- To debug and prevent abuse via standard server logging
What we share
Apply form submissions are sent to the bank you selected. We share only the fields you provided plus the card identifier. Contact form submissions are read only by the editorial team. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with default settings. Disable cookies in your browser if you'd prefer not to be measured — the site works without them.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@bestcreditcard.ae. We'll respond within 30 days, in line with applicable UAE data-protection laws.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
