An honest comparison tool for UAE credit cards
bestcreditcard.ae helps UAE residents compare credit cards from every major bank in the country. The catalogue covers 36 cards across 20 issuers — ADCB, ADIB, Ajman Bank, Al Hilal, Bank of Sharjah, Citibank, CBD, DIB, Emirates Islamic, Emirates NBD, FAB, HSBC, Liv., Mashreq, Mashreq Al Islami, NBQ, RAKBANK, SIB, Standard Chartered, and Wio — with structured filters, side-by-side comparison, a cashback calculator that runs against your actual spend pattern, and editorial guides written for people, not bots.
How we choose what to include
Every card in the catalogue is currently issued, with a published rate card. We focus on what UAE residents actually shortlist day-to-day — cashback, miles, lounge access, Islamic banking, and the free-for-life entry tier — and we exclude private/invite-only cards unless they're materially relevant.
How we make money
When you click Apply on a card we may earn a referral fee from the bank. The fee never affects ranking. Filters and sort order are deterministic based on your inputs, not on commission. We say this upfront because plenty of comparison sites don't.
What we are not
We are not a financial advisor. We don't know your tax situation, your debt position, or your AECB report. The content here is editorial, the rate data is indicative, and every applicant should verify rates and eligibility with the issuing bank before signing. If the maths is borderline, talk to a licensed advisor.
The team
The site is run by a small editorial team in Dubai. Card data is updated weekly, blog posts are mined daily from r/UAEcreditcards (with anonymisation and aggregation), and major bank pricing changes are reflected within 72 hours of being announced.
